The photographs found on this site are protected under the laws of Intellectual Property. They are tangible properties that the author, in his discretion, can convert into pecuniary value. To use these photographs in a manner unbeknownst and inadmissible by the author will likely result in criminal prosecution. 

In spite of the images being present online, no commercial publication can be made of them, i.e. reproductions (on paper or online) in exchange for some type of monetary payment, or reproductions for use in a website. 

In order to obtain the approval of the author for use of the images, the purpose and intended use must be clearly established. If approved, an agreement will be formed binding the parties to only the terms specified in the agreement. The agreement will most likely represent a transaction, commercial or free according to the specified purpose, and be provided along with a signed document that will provide the necessary authorization from the author.
